JDocs is a simple yet powerful legal document manager designed for the legal and judicial communities. It enables these professionals to quickly and efficiently create, manage, and file documents within minutes. JDocs provides case and resource access directly from within Microsoft Word, eliminating the need for multiple applications to complete a document.

 

How it works...

JDocs is designed to assist in creating, submitting, and managing case and hearing documents using the legal professional's existing technology architecture. It is accessed through a new "JDocs Task Panel" located on the side of the Microsoft Word editor. It uses case and scheduling data, entered into its case lists, through a simple user interface or enabling the importation of existing data from an independent system.

JDocs provides an easy yet comprehensive user interface, embedded inside Microsoft Word. It enables its users to manage numerous template and custom documents simultaneously and provides quick access to case list management and importing functions. This advanced interface affords the JDocs application with the ability to integrate with OutlookComplete as well as virtually any other existing case and matter management system.

To start using JDocs, a simple registration and download is required. The installation and registration is designed to eliminate the need for cumbersome administrative access installations and key registration, so it's simple to get started with your evaluation in just minutes.

  • Windows XP or greater
  • Microsoft .Net Framework 4.0 or greater
  • 512 MB memory (1GB preferred)
  • 50 MB free storage space
